Good Evening Swim Families,

The next few weeks are an exciting time for the Antigo Swim Club. With our first home meet just a few weeks away, there is plenty to do and get ready for.

Below is a list of important dates and reminders:

Nov. 19th 8:00 pm - Registration Due for Rice Lake Meet

Nov. 24th - Rice Lake Meet

Nov. 26th 6:00 pm - New Swimmer Information Night

Nov. 26th 8:00 pm - Registration Due for Home Meet

Nov. 27th 3:30-4:30 pm - Picture Day (No Practice, but stay for the Boys Varsity Meet at 5:30)

Nov. 30th 5:00 pm - Home Meet Set Up

Dec. 1st - First Home Meet

New Swimmer Information Night
Parents, please join us on Nov. 26th while the kids practice to get more information on what to expect during the first home meet. Erin will also have some swimsuits, goggles and extra gear for sale if you need to pick something up before the home meet.

Picture Day
Picture order forms are available in the swim bin and you must submit your money on the 27th. There will be no practice and swimmers must exit the locker rooms by 4:30. Stay to cheer on the Boys Varsity Team during their meet at 5:30.

Home Meet Jobs & Items to Bring
Everyone has been signed up to perform a job and bring concession items for the home meet on Dec. 1st. See attachment for assignments. We made every attempt to match your assigned job with the preferences noted during registration. If you cannot perform your assigned job or shift, please attempt to switch with another family or contact a board member. Job assignments will be discussed at the New Swimmer Information Night if you have any questions.  All families are assigned to bring 1 concession item and one dozen nut free, individually packaged, baked goods.  See attachment for your concession item.
