- Focus: freestyle, backstroke & confidence
🥈Silver — Starts Nov 2 (1-week free trial)
- Mon, Tue, Thu & Fri, 5:00–6:00 PM
- All four strokes, technique, endurance & race skills
🥇Gold — Starts Nov 2 (1-week free trial)
- Mon–Thu 5:00–6:45 PM, Fri 5:00–6:30 PM
- Elite group: advanced technique, conditioning, performance & leadership
Mandatory Family & Swimmer Meeting: Monday, November 9
