Good Evening All,

The Divisional meet is almost upon us! Enclosed are important reminders regarding the meet:

• All families should bring 2 dozen, nut-free baked goods, individually packaged to sell for $1.00. Drop off at the HS Commons.
• All families are needed to work both Saturday & Sunday for our meet to be successful. See attachment for your job assignment. If you have any conflicts, you must find your own replacement, and let the designated job coordinator know.
• If you see an area that is overwhelmed, please offer to help. Examples could include overflowing trash cans - find a janitor or sell concessions. 
• All hands on deck!  All families please come help set up at the pool starting at 5:00 pm. on Friday.  Take down will start immediately after the meet ends on Sunday.
• Raffle drawing will be on Sunday at 1:00 pm.  Turn in your sold tickets to Janelle Bolder.

Saturday Meet Start Time: 10:00 am, Warm ups TBD.

Sunday Meet Start Time: 9:00 am, Warm ups TBD.

If working concessions, please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your shift and report to the H.S. Commons.

If working as a timer, please arrive 35 minutes before your shift begins at the pool.Timer meetings will be held approximately 30 minutes before the meet begins each day.

If staging swimmers, please arrive 15 minutes before the meet begins on Saturday and find Jen to review the staging process.
