Team,

The CWSC Conference (our governing conference) had an emergency meeting on Sunday night to discuss the order of events for all conference meets this coming weekend so we can remain compliant with USA Swimming. The end result was a change in the meet event order, which is completely out of our clubs control. Unfortunately, the new file is requiring all teams to re-enter their swimmers. I apologize for the inconvenience, but you will need to re-enter your kids into Swimtopia for our home meet by tomorrow night. 

If you have entered your swimmer for our home meet in January, you will need to re-enter you kids in that meet as well, since that meet file changed too.
